Diploma in Radiology & Imaging Technology
It is a branch of Medical Science, which deals with Imaging Technology where students are provided with knowledge and skills for producing medical images including X-Rays, CT scans and MRI scans, which are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Healthcare Professionals who specialise in the imaging of human anatomy for the diagnosis & treatment of pathology. They are responsible for accurately positioning patients & ensuring that a quality diagnostic omage is produced for the radiologists interpretation to aid in medical diagnosis.
It is a 1 year course that focuses on imaging technology to treat and diagnose the various diseases in patients
After a diploma in radiology, students can either pursue higher studies like Graduation or Advance Diploma. They can also enter the job sector as Radiologists, Radiology nurses, MRI Technicians, etc.
