B.Voc Radiology & Medical Imaging Technology
It is a branch of Medical Science, which deals with Imaging Technology where students are provided with knowledge and skills for producing medical images including X-Rays, CT scans and MRI scans, which are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Healthcare Professionals who specialise in the imaging of human anatomy for the diagnosis & treatment of pathology. They are responsible for accurately positioning patients & ensuring that a quality diagnostic image is produced for the radiologists interpretation to aid in medical diagnosis.
It is a 3 year course that provide students knowledge and skill to work as radiology technologist as well, CT scans and MRI scan technicians.
